Past performance does not guarantee future results.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and timely access to accounts and assets needed to deliver the services;
Maintain your own advertising budget with the relevant ad platforms;
Respond to leads and honor appointments in a professional and lawful manner;
Comply with all laws and platform policies applicable to your business.

4. Fees & Billing

Fees, billing terms, and ad-budget arrangements are set out in your service agreement. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to AGA and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Ownership of deliverables created for clients is governed by the applicable service agreement.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party platforms (such as advertising networks, CRM, and scheduling tools). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
